THE 5 STAGES OF HEALING

Stage 1: Awareness

This stage takes your clients beyond the surface “problem” to identifying beliefs, patterns and/or behaviors that they are operating from unconsciously. In bringing awareness to the current state of your client’s nervous system you can then support them to regulate it and move through the next stages of healing. It’s important to note that until the client’s nervous system is fully supported, deep, lasting healing cannot occur.

If you’re missing stage 1, you may lack the ability to hold your client in their deeper “issue” and get hijacked by their emotions.

Stage 2: Acceptance

In this stage you are here to guide them to somatically accepting what is triggering them by naming the beliefs or emotions that were identified in Stage 1. Guiding them to identify and express with nothing to change or fix and supporting them to feel the feeling all the way through at a pace that has them feel safe. This requires knowing at least their primary personality pattern.

If you’re missing stage 2, you may get stuck in a place of feeling the need to fix your client, and always revert to doing the heavy lifting for them.

Stage 3: Getting To The Root

Guiding the client to identify where and how this belief was learned. Connecting and feeling the imagined or lived experience that the younger version had and opening them up to multiple perspectives, to witnessing how their younger self felt, heard and experienced it and who they learned it from. Uncovering the unconscious survival patterning.

If you’re missing stage 3, you may find that deeper issues resurface for the client, leaving them and you confused and overwhelmed

Stage 4: Reparenting & Rewiring

As the client’s nervous system stabilizes and old beliefs and triggers are acknowledged, there is now space for something new. Noticing these subtle changes and openings in your client’s body enhances your ability to support them in this experience, and invites them to explore this newness from an embodied experience. They can now be open to what is possible and available that wasn’t before the session. Here you will support them in identifying, feeling into, and declaring the newness they wish to step into. For example: The client may now have the capacity to identify and declare “my needs matter” and actually feel the impact of this new soul level truth.

If you’re missing stage 4, then the client will likely default back to old beliefs and behaviors creating a sense of frustration and a question of “Will this ever end?” or “What am I doing wrong?”

Stage 5: Integration & Stabilization

Finally, you will be able to guide the client to specific ways to integrate this new energy, belief, and truth that they have declared. You get to assist them in getting specific with what actions they can take,as they bring this into their everyday life This is the most crucial stage to guarantee lasting transformation and usually will require revisiting with the client in future sessions. The process of stabilizing these new shifts takes about 18 months and this is why it is so important to convey to the client and hold them in moments where they may regress or fall back into old patterns. Therefore designing a clear journey and long term strategy with them is vital.

If you are missing stage 5, it’s likely that your clients will miss out on what it feels and looks like to live out lasting transformation.

SIX-DAY IN-PERSON INTENSIVE

Here you’ll discover the power of in-person energetics, practice facilitating The TCS Method™ in person, and receive immediate guidance from our Mastery Mentors to enhance your abilities as a coach and facilitator.

FACILITATOR PRACTICUM WITH DIRECT FEEDBACK

What is the weekly time commitment for Mastery?

We suggest 6-10 hours per week be dedicated to this certification program. This includes group calls, triad small group calls, modulework, and practicum sessions with your own clients. At the beginning of the program this time commitment will be less than 10, and once we move towards practicum this commitment will be around 10 hours.

How many participants will be in Mastery?

This is a high touch, first class certification program. We are limiting this cohort to 15 participants.

When and where is the Six-Day Intensive?

For this upcoming cohort we will be hosting an Intensive in San Diego, CA at the Ojas Retreat Center . There are 2 dates and you can pick which ever one works best for you. Jan 15-21st 2026, or Jan 29-Feb 4th 2026.

When is the deadline to apply?

I highly recommend applying asap and starting with the foundational program The Soul Collecitve as soon as you enroll. So you can start to focus on your own growth and get support from me weekely leading up to the start of Mastery.

How long are the group calls and when are they?

Our weekly group training sessions are 2 hours and will be held on Tuesdays. We will have 2 group call times an AM group around 9:30 -11:30am PT and a PM group 5-7pm PT.

The Triad small group times are 90 min long and will be decided based on your availability.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?

Upon completion of the certification program and meeting the program requirements, you will be a TCS Method™ Certified Coach. You will receive a certificate and a badge to place on your website/personal marketing.

How many times a year is Mastery offered?

Due to the immense hands-on training. Mastery is only offered twice a year. But you don’t have to wait till it starts, as soon as you enroll you get access to The Soul Collective Virtual Program and get to be supported by Anat weekly and start to learn the method from experiencing it.

Can I participate from anywhere in the world?

Yes. Absolutely. There will also be 2 calls times. One during the day and one in the evening. So it works out for everyone globally.

Will coaching and training calls be recorded if I miss them?

Yes, and we strongly encourage you to commit to making the calls live as much as possible as we do a lot of practice training on the calls.

How do I know I will get results with this certification program?

Like anything, the time, energy, and commitment you invest into this certification program will have a direct impact on your results. While we can’t guarantee any specific results, if you don’t make your investment back by the end of this certification program, we will work with you for an additional 6 months to help you continue growing your business so that you make a difference in your client’s lives and in the world.
